A way for me to communicate and learn to communicate. Perhaps even a little outdated in the realm of short, sweet, and quick social media. Nevertheless, a place for me to share with you.
No doubt Lenovo makes some great hardware. But this isn't quite that fair of a "shoot down" They've connected the video dongle to the Macbook Air, there isn't video out on the X300. They've connected an Ipod or something to the USB hub in an effort only to make things more cluttered.
So in reality the two things the X300 has on the Macbook Air is the integrated DVD Burner and the USB ports. That's fair, they're good features and a complaint I've heard about the Macbook Air.
The "benefits" or "features" though come at a price $300 more, and with a .6 GHZ decrease in processing power and only half the RAM when compared to the Air. So in my opinion, you're paying more for quite a bit less.
This is completely setting aside how ugly Thinkpads are and the fact that you have to run Windows :-P
Agreed, they totally put way too much on the hub to go over the top. It's way too funny to me, as a satire at least. And taste is interesting, because I find Lenovo to be more attractive than Apple when it comes to laptops. I think I like the professional look rather than the artsyness. It looks like a computer I could take seriously rather than being artsy

I'm a 20 something campus missionary trying to make his way back to the campus at the University of Illinois. I'm excited to bring the Good News that is Jesus Christ and his forgiveness, redemption, and renewal to a hungry campus
